A seat mounting is first and foremost a safety-relevant component and we have designed it precisely as such.
Each of our components has undergone an FEM simulation to ensure safety first and foremost and consequently to optimize the weight.

Installation and registration
You can also book the installation directly under the optional items.
To arrange an appointment for installation and registration via our workshop, you are welcome to send us an email.
After purchase, you will find a download link with the material certificates in the order confirmation.
The flat rate for TÜV registration does not have to be booked twice if you order the set for the driver's side and passenger's side. The costs for registration are only incurred once.

A matching running rail can be purchased as an option (Art.: 13201).
Our sets are designed so that Recaro running rails can also be fitted.

Are you missing parts that are supposed to be present according to the delivery bill?
1. write us an email to lager@speedengineering.de with the following content: first name, last name - order number - missing item number.
We will contact you immediately for a free reshipment.
2. use our chat at the defined times and communicate the same data as in the email.
The package has not arrived within the specified delivery time?
In most cases, you will receive a notification from the shipping service provider after the status of your order has changed, including a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your parcel and contact the service provider. Please note that the status "Shipment is ready for collection or has been announced" only indicates that your parcel is ready for collection by the parcel service provider and is NOT yet on its way. This message can often persist over weekends or after 5 p.m. until the next working day. In this case, it is not necessary to contact us as the parcel is not yet on its way.
Can I have products installed?
Yes, all products where this is possible have the sub-item

Click on it and the additional price will be displayed directly. Place the main item in the shopping cart, complete the purchase and you have already booked the installation. We will contact you by email within the next 48 hours to arrange an appointment for installation. Don't worry, your parts will not be shipped in this case unless you want them to be.
Where can I find the installation instructions?
As a rule, you will find all available installation instructions in written form after purchase in a download link which is only valid for you. But beware, not all products have written installation instructions. We are constantly working on providing these for all products, but unfortunately this step is very time-consuming and takes time.

Where can I find my parts certificate or material certificate?
Parts certificates or material certificates are only provided after the purchase has been completed. Either by download link or by email. Unfortunately, these documents cannot be sent in advance.
Partial appraisals will of course be sent with your package in physical form, if applicable.
I have a defective part?
You have already bought products from us and they are worn out or have been affected by other circumstances? No problem, we adhere to all legal requirements of warranty and guarantee claims and beyond.
