With this kit, we have found a way to cool the brakes of the Fiesta ST MK7 as efficiently as possible using a wear-free hose assembly.
Admission:
In order to cool a brake effectively, it is necessary to get as much air as possible to it. We also make use of this in the Fiesta ST by utilizing the air flow under the vehicle through cleverly positioned inlets. Our inlets are integrated into the underbody and do not represent the lowest point of the vehicle despite the optimum airflow surface.
Outlet:
Here too, the brake disk must be supplied with air as centrally as possible. The brake disk of the Fiesta ST does not have a large pot. A conventional solution using an armature plate would therefore result in the inner surface of the friction disk being cooled on one side. However, in order to make use of the turbine effect of the brake disc, we have developed a brake cooling system which is mounted on the wishbone and flows onto the center of the disc regardless of the wheel position. It is simply attached using existing locking pins and without any permanent changes to the vehicle.

The different models vary slightly in wheel position, coupled with different chassis geometries and wheel and tire combinations, it becomes impossible for us to cover all variants. In the worst case scenario, the wheel could rest slightly on the ground at full steering lock (which should only be the case when parking), which may not cause any damage to the tire. In this case, we would ask you to refrain from the last ¼ of the steering turns.

The package has not arrived within the specified delivery time?
In most cases, you will receive a notification from the shipping service provider after the status of your order has changed, including a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your parcel and contact the service provider. Please note that the status "Shipment is ready for collection or has been announced" only indicates that your parcel is ready for collection by the parcel service provider and is NOT yet on its way. This message can often persist over weekends or after 5 p.m. until the next working day. In this case, it is not necessary to contact us as the parcel is not yet on its way.
Can I have products installed?

As a rule, you will find all available installation instructions in written form after purchase in a download link which is only valid for you. But beware, not all products have written installation instructions. We are constantly working on providing these for all products, but unfortunately this step is very time-consuming and takes time.

Parts certificates or material certificates are only provided after the purchase has been completed. Either by download link or by email. Unfortunately, these documents cannot be sent in advance.
Partial appraisals will of course be sent with your package in physical form, if applicable.

I have now received the complete set, everything looks very sturdy and is better than anything else on offer. One star deduction because it is not clear how to fix it permanently on the wishbone, two cable ties are not enough!

As good as the Fiesta ST MK7 is as a base, the brakes are overtaxed! This set provides a remedy! The investment pays for itself after a short time: less wear on pads and discs! And this also works with all retrofitted brakes (VMaxx, Tarox etc.) The air is pressed through the internally ventilated disc via the brake disc pot. Absolutely worth the money! #Under8
