TÜV-registrable?

Our canards are supplied with a TÜV parts certificate and can therefore be registered anywhere.

For this it is important that the chassis number is given with the order! This is the only way we can send the parts certificates with the canards.


By redirecting the air, you improve the performance of your front axle. We bypass the turbulent air generated by the front wheel and generate more downforce on the front axle by redirecting the air.

Why no carbon?

We deliberately decided against carbon, as this would drastically increase the price.


Assembly?

After purchase, you will find general installation instructions in the order confirmation. Find a suitable position, mark it and screw it in place using the plastic insert nuts and screws supplied, or secure it with strong 3M adhesive tape. The official TÜV-compliant fastening method is screwing.


Accuracy of fit?

We have tested numerous test vehicles and found that the bumpers are very soft on the inside and give way, and that there are some manufacturing tolerances. It is therefore possible that your Canard may have minimal gaps in some places. These are usually small and can usually be treated with a small silicone joint for a perfect look!

Many of our customers have precise ideas about their add-on parts. We therefore deliver the canards unpainted and recommend subsequent painting for a perfect look.

Are you missing parts that are supposed to be present according to the delivery bill?

We will contact you immediately for a free reshipment.

2. use our chat at the defined times and communicate the same data as in the email. 

The package has not arrived within the specified delivery time?

In most cases, you will receive a notification from the shipping service provider after the status of your order has changed, including a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your parcel and contact the service provider. Please note that the status "Shipment is ready for collection or has been announced" only indicates that your parcel is ready for collection by the parcel service provider and is NOT yet on its way. This message can often persist over weekends or after 5 p.m. until the next working day. In this case, it is not necessary to contact us as the parcel is not yet on its way.

Can I have products installed?

Yes, all products where this is possible have the sub-item

Click on it and the additional price will be displayed directly. Place the main item in the shopping cart, complete the purchase and you have already booked the installation. We will contact you by email within the next 48 hours to arrange an appointment for installation. Don't worry, your parts will not be shipped in this case unless you want them to be.

Where can I find the installation instructions?

As a rule, you will find all available installation instructions in written form after purchase in a download link which is only valid for you. But beware, not all products have written installation instructions. We are constantly working on providing these for all products, but unfortunately this step is very time-consuming and takes time.

Where can I find my parts certificate or material certificate?

Parts certificates or material certificates are only provided after the purchase has been completed. Either by download link or by email. Unfortunately, these documents cannot be sent in advance.

Partial appraisals will of course be sent with your package in physical form, if applicable.

I have a defective part?

You have already bought products from us and they are worn out or have been affected by other circumstances? No problem, we adhere to all legal requirements of warranty and guarantee claims and beyond.
