The ancestor of the Pro 2000 was presented as a trade fair novelty in 1981 and, according to its purpose, was a universally applicable racing seat that combined very good lateral support with good comfort. There are countless copies around the world, but none of them come close to the original. Due to the enormous experience gained and the increasingly strict FIA regulations, the Pro 2000 has been optimized from generation to generation up to the present day. The seat is non-slip and the cushions shown are included in the scope of delivery.
QRT (Quick Resin Technology) – Thanks to a new “quick resin process” developed and patented by Sparco, it has been possible to reduce the weight of the seat shell to an absolute minimum during the production process, while maintaining a high degree of strength and stability.

In principle, every FIA-homologated seat is also approved for use with a HANS® system. The only important thing is that the seat allows the straps holding the HANS® system to be attached correctly. The large belt bushings allow optimum positioning even for drivers of different sizes. Newer seat models also have slight recesses, usually only visible from the rear. These primarily serve to increase comfort and ensure that the HANS® system does not pinch even in a very upright sitting position.
