We don't offer many products that we haven't developed ourselves. In this case, we trust in the quality of Ravenol and have been able to convince ourselves of this over many test kilometers on various racetracks.
AVENOL Ketten-Spray is a care and lubricant spray and corrosion protection for high-speed chains. It is immediately absorbed into the ring gap of the chains and provides excellent wear protection.
After the compressed gas has evaporated, RAVENOL Ketten-Spray forms an odorless, stable lubricating film that reduces friction and improves hydrodynamics. In addition to its outstanding penetration capacity, even in narrow gaps, it has excellent water resistance, high adhesive strength and ageing resistance.
RAVENOL Ketten-Spray is compatible with the most common sealing materials such as rubber and plastics.
RAVENOL Ketten-Spray is particularly suitable for motorcycle chains and chains that are exposed to direct weathering.
RAVENOL Ketten-Spray is not spun off and has significantly better water resistance than fully synthetic chain spray and does not absorb dirt.
Application:
Shake RAVENOL Ketten-Spray well before use and spray the chains to be treated from a distance of approx. 20-30 cm. The product penetrates automatically between the chain links, even into the narrowest gaps. Always keep all chains oily.

Are you missing parts that are supposed to be present according to the delivery bill?
1. write us an email to lager@speedengineering.de with the following content: first name, last name - order number - missing item number.
We will contact you immediately for a free reshipment.
2. use our chat at the defined times and communicate the same data as in the email.
The package has not arrived within the specified delivery time?
In most cases, you will receive a notification from the shipping service provider after the status of your order has changed, including a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your parcel and contact the service provider. Please note that the status "Shipment is ready for collection or has been announced" only indicates that your parcel is ready for collection by the parcel service provider and is NOT yet on its way. This message can often persist over weekends or after 5 p.m. until the next working day. In this case, it is not necessary to contact us as the parcel is not yet on its way.
Can I have products installed?
Yes, all products where this is possible have the sub-item

Click on it and the additional price will be displayed directly. Place the main item in the shopping cart, complete the purchase and you have already booked the installation. We will contact you by email within the next 48 hours to arrange an appointment for installation. Don't worry, your parts will not be shipped in this case unless you want them to be.
Where can I find the installation instructions?
As a rule, you will find all available installation instructions in written form after purchase in a download link which is only valid for you. But beware, not all products have written installation instructions. We are constantly working on providing these for all products, but unfortunately this step is very time-consuming and takes time.

Where can I find my parts certificate or material certificate?
Parts certificates or material certificates are only provided after the purchase has been completed. Either by download link or by email. Unfortunately, these documents cannot be sent in advance.
Partial appraisals will of course be sent with your package in physical form, if applicable.
I have a defective part?
You have already bought products from us and they are worn out or have been affected by other circumstances? No problem, we adhere to all legal requirements of warranty and guarantee claims and beyond.
