Porsche, for example, installs it in their vehicles ex works, but what about the rest?

The universal solution for most vehicles!

Most vehicles have only a hint of cooling on the front axle and usually no cooling at all on the rear axle. Porsche has recognized, among other things, that brake cooling is essential for the performance, durability and service life of the brakes and their components.

It is not possible to cover every vehicle and every axle with a tailor-made solution, which is why we have developed a universal cooling system and tested it intensively on a wide variety of vehicles over a period of months.


Measurement

The following diagram shows the measurement on the rear axle with the anchor plate still fitted:

A difference of sometimes 50°C in the peak over the measuring band can be seen here. However, if you drill holes in the armature plate or remove it, you have the maximum performance with a delta of up to 200°C. You can view the report on this under the following link: Documentation

The geometry of the components is designed to fit most wishbones and can be fitted plug/play with cable ties and without the need for a lift or removing the wheels. Some vehicles may require minor modifications to the cooling ducts. The inlets are designed to be flat, so they are not intended to map the lowest point of the vehicle and deflect the airflow under the vehicle and direct it to the center of the spinning wheel.

The components are made of PA12 plastic and already contain slots for fastening. The continuous taper between the inlet and outlet accelerates the air flow while maintaining the same volume, resulting in a targeted air discharge.

The package has not arrived within the specified delivery time?

In most cases, you will receive a notification from the shipping service provider after the status of your order has changed, including a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your parcel and contact the service provider. Please note that the status "Shipment is ready for collection or has been announced" only indicates that your parcel is ready for collection by the parcel service provider and is NOT yet on its way. This message can often persist over weekends or after 5 p.m. until the next working day. In this case, it is not necessary to contact us as the parcel is not yet on its way.

Can I have products installed?

Yes, all products where this is possible have the sub-item

We will contact you by email within the next 48 hours to arrange an appointment for installation. Don't worry, your parts will not be shipped in this case unless you want them to be.

Where can I find the installation instructions?

As a rule, you will find all available installation instructions in written form after purchase in a download link which is only valid for you. But beware, not all products have written installation instructions. We are constantly working on providing these for all products, but unfortunately this step is very time-consuming and takes time.

Where can I find my parts certificate or material certificate?

Parts certificates or material certificates are only provided after the purchase has been completed. Either by download link or by email. Unfortunately, these documents cannot be sent in advance.

Partial appraisals will of course be sent with your package in physical form, if applicable.

I have a defective part?

You have already bought products from us and they are worn out or have been affected by other circumstances? No problem, we adhere to all legal requirements of warranty and guarantee claims and beyond.
