The S55 engine in your BMW M2C has an efficiency-reducing feature: it does not get any fresh air.
Especially on the racetrack or after a performance upgrade, the S55 really has to perform well. The factory design of the intake is not really helpful here, as it ends directly behind the headlight, an area that is heated by the engine's waste heat. Of course, the water intercooler does a great job, but there is room for optimization here.

We help your engine to get cooler air by creating an opening to the area where the air is not only cooler, but where there is also an overpressure area. Due to the chosen geometry, the air is not excluded from this area. On each side, the rubber lip is removed from the OEM intake manifold and a part of our intake is placed on it. Using the cutting template, a hole is cut in the side wall behind the kidney (the M4 with the same engine already has exactly these openings at these points) and the second part of the intake is screwed to the first. Your intake is now finished and optimized.
The parts are manufactured in a special process to ensure an optimal, smooth surface and to reduce the frictional resistance of the air to a minimum.

Although this part is hardly recognizable when installed, we would like to point out that this modification invalidates the vehicle's operating license.
These parts are motorsport products which are not readily approved according to the German Road Traffic Regulations (StVO). An individual approval according to §21 by the TÜV is necessary. Are you missing parts that are supposed to be present according to the delivery bill?

We will contact you immediately for a free reshipment.
2. use our chat at the defined times and communicate the same data as in the email.
The package has not arrived within the specified delivery time?
In most cases, you will receive a notification from the shipping service provider after the status of your order has changed, including a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your parcel and contact the service provider. Please note that the status "Shipment is ready for collection or has been announced" only indicates that your parcel is ready for collection by the parcel service provider and is NOT yet on its way. This message can often persist over weekends or after 5 p.m. until the next working day. In this case, it is not necessary to contact us as the parcel is not yet on its way.
Can I have products installed?

Where can I find the installation instructions?
As a rule, you will find all available installation instructions in written form after purchase in a download link which is only valid for you. But beware, not all products have written installation instructions. We are constantly working on providing these for all products, but unfortunately this step is very time-consuming and takes time.

Where can I find my parts certificate or material certificate?
Parts certificates or material certificates are only provided after the purchase has been completed. Either by download link or by email. Unfortunately, these documents cannot be sent in advance.
Partial appraisals will of course be sent with your package in physical form, if applicable.

Looks better than an original part. I bought the set based on the recommendation from Kotte Performance to relieve the supercharger (Stage 1+).
