The LithiumNEXT STREET85 has been developed for use in road vehicles that are driven all year round – even in winter. The LiFePO4 cell technology from motorsport and a specially developed BMS for everyday use are combined in an OEM battery housing. This means that our LithiumNEXT STREET models can be ridden without restrictions in everyday life and especially in winter.

The LithiumNEXT STREET models combine our lightweight construction approach from motorsport with extremely simple handling suitable for everyday use. The STREET models can be exchanged plug & play with the heavy OEM battery. Please note the size and capacity of your original vehicle battery.

Like all LithiumNEXT batteries, the LithiumNEXT STREET85 has a BMS with deep discharge protection at 8.5 V and overvoltage protection at 15.2 V. The BMS of the STREET models also regulates the charging current and the charging voltage of the cells depending on the heat or cold.

Important: For vehicles whose alternator is controlled via an IBS, the battery must be relearned – this is a basic requirement for the vehicle – not the battery. You can find out more about “IBS” and “Training” via the following link : Please click here.

Vehicle selection:

The STREET85 is suitable for vehicles with an original lead-acid or AGM battery with a maximum capacity of 85 Ah and a minimum width of 278 mm. Typical vehicles are for example

• Audi Fzg. with 2.5 TFSI engines
• VAG Fzg. with 2.0 TDI engines
• BMW M2, M3, M4 (N55, S55, S58 engines)
• BMW 1 Series, 2 Series & 3 Series (16 & 20d as well as 20i – 40i)
• Porsche 911 series: 964, 993, 996, 997, 991 & 992
