Air duct inlet:

In order to transport the air to the outlet of the brake ventilation system, a suitable inlet is essential. The G80/82 M3/M4 (as well as the Competition) already has factory inlet ducts in the front bumper, but these end in the middle of the wheel arch. To prevent the air from swirling randomly in the wheel arch, we have developed an inlet duct that can be fitted with minimal effort and connects the air to the outlet by means of a hose around the wheel. No fixing tools are required for installation. It is replaced with the original duct connector. The duct is based on the OEM duct and therefore uses exactly the same connection points and is therefore 100% retrofittable without leaving any residue.

Air duct outlet:

For many vehicles, brake cooling is already recommended for medium loads, even off the racetrack. This not only improves braking performance, but also drastically reduces wear on the friction partners. Our armature plate uses the channeling of the air flow to the center of the brake disc to utilize the turbine effect to cool the disc from the inside. In doing so, we direct the air at the pane at a defined angle in order to avoid scattering losses and make maximum efficient use of the available air volume. Thanks to the lightweight construction in combination with powder-coated aluminum, the anchor plate is sufficiently strong and at the same time light and robust. In addition, the bearings closest to the brake disk are shielded from the heat in order to increase their service life (if necessary).

In this case, we would ask you to dispense with the last ¼ of the steering turns.
