Air duct inlet:

In order to transport the air to the outlet of the brake ventilation system, a suitable inlet is essential. The Supra has an air duct in the wheel arch in front of the wheel, which is intended to channel the air into the wheel arch. To prevent the air from swirling randomly in the wheel arch, we have developed an extension to the air duct which can be fitted with minimal effort, guides the air around the wheel and connects the air duct to our outlet via a hose (on each side). On some models, a small piece of the wheel arch liner has to be cut out to make room for the duct so that it can be fitted without tension.

Air duct outlet:

Here too, the brake disk must be supplied with air as centrally as possible. The Supra’s brake disk has a very small pot, so we refrained from developing a classic anchor plate. However, in order to utilize the turbine effect of the brake disc, we have developed a brake cooling system that is mounted on the wheel carrier and flows to the center of the disc regardless of the wheel position. They are simply attached using existing screw-on points and without any permanent changes to the vehicle. A major advantage over a new anchor plate: regardless of the wheel position, the system does not pivot. This means that the hose is not permanently under load and we have the option of transporting the air via a very short hose, thus reducing losses.

• 1x air duct outlet for the left front axle
• 1x air duct outlet for the right front axle
• 1x air hose (1 meter)
• 4x hose clamps

The different models vary slightly in wheel position, coupled with different chassis geometries and wheel and tire combinations, it is impossible for us to cover all variants. In the worst case scenario, the wheel could come to rest slightly on the ground at full steering lock (which should only be the case when parking), which cannot lead to any damage to the tire. In this case, we would ask you to dispense with the last ¼ of the steering turns.
