Now made from the hybrid material Kevlar Carbon!

So you have opted for a radical weight reduction? These dashboards are made of 100% Kevlar carbon and therefore weigh between 2-3kg (these are not exact figures as the weight can vary slightly).

Why the Kevlar component?

The Kevlar layers change the breaking behavior of the material and tend not to tear so quickly.

In this case, an original BMW F22 dashboard was molded and therefore has the original shape and geometry. This is always visible carbon fiber with few and well-placed transitions.

For the installation and insertion of other elements (speedometer, ventilation, etc.), adaptation work on the dashboard is required. This means that you always have the option of using original speedometers or racing speedometer units. These are not plug & play products. Since only the outer shell was molded, adjustments are necessary for each vehicle!
